The team at Martel Turnkey was great! As my first rental property everything went very smooth and the transition went well as I was introduced to Property Management and insurance. Special thanks to Lynn for being patient with me and answering many questions a first time buyer may have. We did have a hiccup with the roof where it needed replacing after inspection but Lynn was again very reasonable and understanding and we worked through it. The Martel family in general is very genuine and takes care of their buyers and sellers.
