We Have Third Parties Check Our Work

Every single house we sell has to have a city inspector come out and inspect the house before it can be marked as completed. After this inspector checks the property, the property management company sends out a “quality control expert” who visits the property and reviews a checklist of items before giving their stamp of approval denoting that the house is ready-to-rent. And it doesn’t stop there. The third inspection is conducted by the bank’s appraiser who will evaluate the house and say what it is worth, taking into account the renovations and other factors. Lastly, many of our first time clients hire a home inspector who will provide an in-depth report to the buyer.
